Sweat out the weekend on Monday nights with our favorite Total Body Circuit class. This is an all out, no pain no gain, kind of class.
Wednesday night is the night for HIIT Circuit. This high intensity interval class is sure to help you get over the hump that is hump day.
Last, but certainly not least, stretch out and sculpt up with Pilates on Thursday evenings.
All classes commence at 6:30PM. Make sure to bring a towel and plenty of H2O… You’ll need it!
