Exercise helps to alleviate stress, increase relaxation, improve sleep, release endorphins, the list goes on and on. We’ve read it time and time again in magazine articles. We’ve been “advised” by our mothers. It’s recommended to us by our doctors on a yearly basis. Exercise is good for us: WE GET IT!
The hardest part of all, however, isn’t the actual workout itself. It’s finding the time to do it.
